A VS Code extension that replaces the default npm scripts sidebar with one-click execution, Node.js debugging, multi-root workspace support, and auto-detection of npm, pnpm, bun, and yarn.
Hi, I'm
Meinhart Tom.
Developer who builds, breaks, and self-hosts things. I like clean code and full control over my stack.
// About
A bit about me
I'm Tom — a developer who likes to understand things end to end. From the frontend down to the server it runs on, I prefer to own the full stack. I self-host my infrastructure, write code that's meant to last, and care more about getting it right than getting it out fast.
I spend most of my time building web applications, automating things that shouldn't be manual, and tinkering with my homelab setup. When a tool doesn't exist, I build it. When it does exist but annoys me, I also build it.

Things I believe in
Own the full stack
From the frontend to the server it runs on. I want to understand every layer, not just the one I happen to be working on.
Automate everything
If I have to do something twice, I write a script. Build pipelines, deployments, monitoring — anything manual is a bug.
Ship code that lasts
I care more about getting it right than getting it out fast. Quick hacks become long-term debt.
Build it, don't wait for it
When a tool doesn't exist or the existing one annoys me, I build my own. That's how most of my side projects start.
